For natural and relaxed photography

❤️ “We loved how relaxed it was. And you were great with our teenager who didn’t want to be there You knew how to work with him!”

When I work with families on a photoshoot, my priority is to help you relax in front of the camera. There will be chatting and laughing, so you end up with photos that aren’t wooden, forced or cheesy. With plenty of chat, preparing ahead and keeping it fun, you’ll soon forget about the camera pointed at you and enjoy time with your best people.

A family photoshoot is an afternoon out for the whole family. We all know that life is busy. It’s an opportunity to be take a moment to be fully present, without the distraction of screens or the long to-do list. I capture your family story with photos that you and your children will enjoy for years to come.

I’m good with kids

❤️ “Emma, you were very professional and put the children at ease and made sure everyone enjoyed the photoshoot. It was a really good experience. The children laughed and so did I. Thanks!”

I am fun Auntie Emma to my five adorable nieces and nephews. I know just what to say to get a natural reaction from kids. And don’t worry, I really have seen it all and a few tempers or meltdowns don’t faze me.

For a hassle-free and enjoyable experience
❤️ “I thought your advice beforehand was spot on. You had covered everything. And Alec loved all your sweets!”

To make your experience an enjoyable one, I guide you through each step of the process. I cover everything from helping you plan your outfits, to location suggestions, to how to best prepare for your session. That means you can relax on the day and enjoy the experience, leaving everything in my capable hands. You can be confident that I will guide you into flattering poses with the best light. No bad angles, thank you!

To make family memories
❤️ “Oh my goodness, Emma! You are incredibly talented! These photos are just so beautiful. I love the ones of G and Z and it’s just so lovely to see pictures of our family together. Thank you!”

Not every family is the same, so I make sure your family photos reflect this. I capture you as you are, in this chapter of your family story. Before your session, I send you through a detailed questionnaire to establish which photos are most important, to get an introduction to your family and to make sure that your experience is unique.
